Creating Custom Fields

Creating Custom Fields

Tailor the system to your specific needs with custom fields:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Customization > Fields
  2. Select the object type (Contacts, Accounts, etc.)
  3. Click "New Field"
  4. Choose the field type (text, number, dropdown, etc.)
  5. Name your field and set properties
  6. Define any validation rules
  7. Set visibility and access permissions
  8. Save your new field

Custom fields can be used in forms, reports, workflows, and templates. They're searchable and can trigger automations just like standard fields.
