Tailor the system to your specific needs with custom fields:
- Navigate to Settings > Customization > Fields
- Select the object type (Contacts, Accounts, etc.)
- Click "New Field"
- Choose the field type (text, number, dropdown, etc.)
- Name your field and set properties
- Define any validation rules
- Set visibility and access permissions
- Save your new field
Custom fields can be used in forms, reports, workflows, and templates. They're searchable and can trigger automations just like standard fields.
