Building Custom Forms

Building Custom Forms

Create tailored data collection forms:

  1. Go to Settings > Customisation > Forms
  2. Click "New Form"
  3. Select a base object (Contact, Lead, Case, etc.)
  4. Drag and drop fields onto the form canvas
  5. Organise fields into sections and tabs as needed
  6. Set required fields and conditional logic
  7. Configure form appearance and submission actions
  8. Publish your form

Forms can be embedded on websites, sent via email, or used internally. Submission data flows directly into your system with optional notification alerts.
