Setting Up Email Templates
Email templates save time and ensure consistent communication. To create templates:
- Go to Settings > Communication > Email Templates
- Click "New Template"
- Name your template
- Create your email content using the rich text editor
- Add personalization variables as needed (e.g., {{customer.name}})
- Save your template
You can organize templates into folders and share them across teams. Templates can be used in automated workflows or selected during manual email composition.
