Setting Up Email Templates

Email templates save time and ensure consistent communication. To create templates:

  1. Go to Settings > Communication > Email Templates
  2. Click "New Template"
  3. Name your template
  4. Create your email content using the rich text editor
  5. Add personalization variables as needed (e.g., {{customer.name}})
  6. Save your template

You can organize templates into folders and share them across teams. Templates can be used in automated workflows or selected during manual email composition.
