Forgotten your password?

If you've forgotten your password for any Vantify platform (Risk Manager, CAFM, Supply Chain, or eLearning), follow these steps to reset it quickly.

Step 1: Go to the login page

Navigate to the login page of the Vantify product you are trying to access. You can find direct links at vantify.com.

Step 2: Click 'Forgotten Password'

Below the password field, click the Forgotten Password? link. This will take you to the password recovery screen.

Step 3: Enter your registered email address

Type in the email address associated with your Vantify account. This is typically your work email that was used during onboarding.

Step 4: Check your inbox

You will receive a password reset email within 2–5 minutes. If you do not see it, please check your Spam or Junk folder. The email will come from noreply@vantify.com.

Step 5: Create a new password

Click the link in the email and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
