Navigating the Vantify Dashboard

Understanding your Vantify dashboard

The Vantify dashboard is your central hub for monitoring compliance status, outstanding actions, and upcoming assessments across all your properties.

Dashboard overview

When you log in, you will see the main dashboard which displays:

  • Compliance Summary – A colour-coded overview showing compliant (green), at risk (amber), and non-compliant (red) properties
  • Outstanding Actions – A count of open actions requiring attention, grouped by priority
  • Upcoming Assessments – Scheduled assessments for the next 30, 60, and 90 days
  • Recent Activity – A feed of the latest updates from your team

Filtering your view

Use the filter bar at the top of the dashboard to narrow down by:

  • Property or site
  • Compliance area (Fire, H&S, Legionella, Asbestos, etc.)
  • Date range
  • Status (Compliant, Overdue, Pending)

Switching between platforms

If your organisation has access to multiple Vantify products (Risk Manager, CAFM, Supply Chain), use the platform switcher in the top-left corner to move between them. Your session will carry across without needing to log in again.

Customising your dashboard

Click the Customise button to rearrange widgets, add new data panels, or remove sections that are not relevant to your role.
