Importing Data from External Sources

Transfer existing data into the system using our import tools:

  1. Prepare your data in CSV format
  2. Go to Admin > Data Management > Import
  3. Select the appropriate data type (Contacts, Accounts, etc.)
  4. Upload your CSV file
  5. Map columns to corresponding fields
  6. Preview and confirm the import
  7. Submit and monitor progress

For large datasets, imports are processed in batches. You'll receive an email notification when the import is complete, along with any error reports for failed records.
