Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO)
Simplify access management with SSO implementation:
- Navigate to Admin > Security > Authentication
- Enable SSO option
- Select your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google, etc.)
Configure connection parameters:
- Entity ID
- ACS URL
- Certificate details
- Map user attributes
- Test the connection
- Roll out to users
SSO improves security by centralising authentication and simplifies the user experience by reducing password management. Enterprise plans include advanced SSO features like just-in-time provisioning.
