The Dew Sensor Hub connects environmental sensors and transmits collected data to the Dew monitoring platform. If sensors fail to appear in the dashboard or stop reporting data, the issue is often related to pairing or connectivity.
Start by confirming that the hub is powered on and connected to the network. The hub must maintain an active connection to the platform in order to register sensors and transmit data.
Next, verify that the sensors have been paired correctly. Most sensors must be placed in pairing mode before they can be recognised by the hub. If sensors were recently installed, try removing them from the device list and pairing them again.
Distance between the hub and sensors can also affect connectivity. Sensors positioned outside the supported wireless range may disconnect intermittently or fail to register entirely.
Restarting the hub often resolves temporary communication issues. If problems persist, check whether firmware updates are available for the hub or sensors.
