Dew Connect Tablet – Device Will Not Power On or Connect to the Platform

The Dew Connect Tablet is designed to support mobile teams with real-time access to operational systems and cloud data. Occasionally, users may encounter issues where the device will not power on, connect to the internet, or synchronise with the platform.
First, check whether the tablet battery is fully charged. Connect the device to the original charger and allow it to charge for at least 20 minutes before attempting to power it on again. If the device powers on but cannot access the platform, verify that the Wi-Fi or mobile network connection is active and stable.
If login errors occur, confirm that the correct user credentials are being used and that the account has not been disabled by an administrator. Restarting the tablet can also resolve temporary operating system issues. Finally, ensure that the Dew platform applications installed on the device are up to date.
If these steps do not resolve the problem, the issue may relate to device firmware or network configuration, and further technical support may be required.
