The Dew Automation Controller enables organisations to automate workflows by linking sensors, triggers, and operational processes. If automation rules fail to trigger, the issue is usually related to configuration or connectivity.
Begin by reviewing the automation rules in the management dashboard. Ensure that the trigger conditions are correctly defined and that all required devices are included in the workflow.
Next, confirm that the devices responsible for triggering the automation event are online. If sensors or connected systems are offline, the automation controller will not receive the necessary signal to activate the workflow.
Check whether any recent system updates or configuration changes have been applied. In some cases, restarting the automation controller can refresh system processes and restore functionality.
Testing the workflow manually through the control interface can also help determine whether the rule logic is functioning correctly.
If automation rules still fail to execute, exporting system logs and reviewing them with technical support may be necessary.
