How to reset your password (self-service)

[DEMO ARTICLE - Premier Paper Group]

Before raising an IT ticket, you can reset your own Windows/ERP password in under two minutes:

  1. Go to the self-service password portal from any branch or warehouse terminal.
  2. Verify your identity using your registered mobile number or authenticator app.
  3. Choose a new password that meets the policy: minimum 12 characters, not previously used.
  4. Wait 5 minutes for the change to sync to the ERP and handheld scanners.

Still locked out? Raise a ticket with the IT Service Desk and it will be automatically routed and prioritised under the standard SLA.

Demo point: self-service articles like this deflect the most common ticket type (password resets) away from the shared inbox, and Zia can auto-suggest this article when a matching email arrives.
