Configuring Automated Workflows
Streamline processes with automated workflows:
- Navigate to Settings > Automation > Workflows
- Click "Create Workflow"
- Define trigger conditions (When)
- Set criteria for execution (If)
- Specify actions to be performed (Then)
- Enable and save your workflow
Example automation: When a new lead is created, if their industry is healthcare, then assign to the healthcare team and send a healthcare-specific welcome email.
Test workflows in a sandbox environment before activating them in production.
