How to Add a New Property or Site

Setting up a new property in Vantify Risk Manager

This guide walks you through adding a new property or site to your Vantify account so you can begin managing compliance and risk assessments for it.

Step 1: Navigate to Properties

From the main dashboard, click Properties in the left-hand navigation menu, then click Add Property.

Step 2: Enter property details

Fill in the required fields:

  • Property Name – e.g., "Bristol Distribution Centre"
  • Address – Full postal address including postcode
  • Property Type – Select from Office, Retail, Warehouse, Residential, Healthcare, Education, or Other
  • Client/Account – Link the property to the relevant client account

Step 3: Assign compliance requirements

Select the compliance areas applicable to this property:

  • Fire Risk Assessment
  • Health & Safety
  • Legionella Risk Assessment
  • Asbestos Management
  • Accessibility Audit
  • Environmental Compliance

Step 4: Assign responsible contacts

Add the Site Manager and any additional contacts who should receive notifications and reports for this property.

Step 5: Save and configure

Click Save. The property will now appear in your property list and dashboards. You can then schedule assessments, upload documents, and begin tracking actions for this site.

Bulk import

If you need to add multiple properties at once, use the Bulk Import feature under Settings > Data Import. Download the CSV template, fill in your property data, and upload it.
